We loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of everything. The convenience of being able to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants was a big plus for us. The staff here provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the various amenities offered, such as the room service, dry cleaning, and laundry options. It made our stay here feel luxurious and hassle-free.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and easily accessible by cab from the train station. the breakfast is quite good and the staff are generally friendly. the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and standard facilities for a budget hotel.

The noise from the street and nearby attractions can be quite loud and bothersome.

Already at the check-in the staff was very courteous. The room was also very clean and the bed very comfortable. The fitness room as well as the rich and very appetizing breakfast buffet made the stay even more enjoyable. Extra requests, such as luggage storage after check-out, were also gladly and friendly answered. We felt completely welcome.

Breakfast is very good, plentiful and delicious. Coffee comes out of the machine as ordered. Nice beds and not saggy.

Unfortunately, the shower enclosure was defective, staff took care of it immediately.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy ambiance and the lovely Christmas decorations. the breakfast was impressive with many options, and the staff was friendly and always willing to help. We loved how the hotel was situated near the heart of the city, allowing us to explore the beautiful city center and enjoy local restaurants.

The room was on the small side, and the Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger. It was a bit of a challenge to get a stable connection in the room.

The location of the hotel is very good, because it is centrally located directly in the centre and therefore in the pedestrian zone, but unfortunately there are also rooms with a view of the "Red Mile", and corresponding noise level! :-(

I always stay at my favorite hotel in Braunschweig. They helped me find great restaurants. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar, fitness center, sauna. I'll be back for New Year.

Breakfast was great! Room very spacious! Bathroom without annoying ventilation ✔️Kettle, tea and coffee. Good darkening thanks to heavy curtains. Practical with the underground car park!

We had a great stay here! The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with large bathrooms. The breakfast had good quality food served in a large and pleasant room. The staff was professional and friendly. The location was very convenient, being close to supermarkets, dining options, and transportation.

The location of the hotel really in the city center is obviously one of its strength. Furthermore, the hotel staff was very pleasant and efficient. At last, the breakfast included in the rate was very good.

The comfort of the room was a bit disappointing for a four stars hotel.

Well kept hotel with excellent bathroom facilities. 1 minute walk to auto- free old town centre and fantastic bavarian restaurant "Wirtshaus". Tram and bus transportation stops within 50 metres.Very friendly staff and good (included) breakfast selection.

No english newspaper or tv channel available. No whisky in minibar. Dangerous, sudden changes in floor level here and there. I stumbled and fell once because of this. Luckily with no lasting physical damage.

Convenient location, easy to reach, ample parking, professional staff, quiet rooms, close to public transportation and amenities.
